Their support at moment is non functional, poor, slow and painful, they don't seem to deal with customer complaints or software issues - all I want now is for a full refund. Extremely unhappy with Iskysoft don't repeat my mistake of wasting several hundred pounds / dollars / euros purchasing their goods - source your items else where and avoid ISKYSOFT at all costs. They are reluctant and slow to resolve the situation, all I want now is their software off my machine and a refund. Even a password reset to my accounts do not work via their URL and you have to wait several days to get the next response from them. They don't even have a sametime / instant message so all correspondance have to be by email / costly phone. My product on Windows 10 didn't fully activate and have spent numerous times on support email getting anywhere and cannot get a resolution.
